Reiki
Reiki is a traditional energy practice that works through intention, focused awareness, where the practitioner becomes a channel for pure and gentle universal energy with or without touch.
Rather than something being “done” to you, it is experienced as a shift in how the body settles, processes, and restores.
Reiki is offered with a light, gentle, and attentive approach, creating space for your system to settle in its own way, without pressure or expectation.
There is no need to understand or interpret what is happening.
The body responds as it’s ready. For some, this feels like a softening. For others, a deep rest. At times, a quiet reorganization beneath the surface.
Each experience is different. This work does not direct or impose change, it supports the conditions where change can occur naturally.
Remote sessions are held with the same level of care and attention, allowing you to receive from your own space.

Reiki and sound are guided organically by what is present and what is asking to be met.
You are invited to be present, and to allow yourself to be met where you are.
Each session unfolds differently.
There may be sensations, emotions, imagery, deep rest, or something much quieter.
At times, I may offer intuitive reflections or gentle guidance, shared only where it feels supportive.
You’re welcome to arrive with an intention, or simply as you are.

Private Group Bookings
For in-home or privately hosted gatherings, a base rate of $155 applies.
Additional participants are $33 per person.
These group sound meditations are gently guided experiences supporting presence, rest, and subtle awareness through sound.
Each session is shaped in real time, responding to the energy of the group, the space, and the moment.
Working with crystal alchemy bowls, cedar flute, drum, voice, and other resonant textures, sound is offered as an immersive field, something to feel and meet in your own way.
Some people experience deep rest, others notice emotional movement, spaciousness, or quiet clarity.
Each experience is personal, and all responses are welcome.You’re invited to arrive as you are, with or without an intention, and allow your system to settle at its own pace.
These sessions are subtle in nature, but often deeply felt.

Energetic Investment includes travel within the local area, full set-up, a custom/personalized guided meditation, a 75–90 minute sound journey, integration time, and a gentle closing.
Crystal Bowl Consultation
Whether you are choosing your very first bowl, building a more intentional set, or expanding an existing collection, Alyria offers private crystal bowl consultations designed to support a more grounded, informed, and resonant approach to working with sound.
Together we will explore notes, octaves, harmonic relationships, frequencies, tonal textures, and bowl pairings in a spacious and supportive environment. Each consultation is guided both intuitively and relationally, with attention to how the bowls feel, resonate, and interact within the body and sound field, not simply how they appear on a tuner.
With years of experience as a sound practitioner, Reiki Master, and educator, Alyria offers guidance tailored to your experience level, preferences, and evolving relationship with sound.
Consultations may include:
Exploring notes, octaves, and hz frequencies
Listening to harmonic intervals and bowl relationships
Guidance around building or expanding a set
Understanding tuning systems and overtone activity
Comparing tonal textures and resonance qualities
Exploring grounding vs spacious tonal fields
Intuitive and embodied listening practices
Consultation Fee — $55 CAD
The consultation fee will be applied toward bowl purchases made during or immediately following your consultation.
Because preparation, setup, curation, and care go into each session, consultation fees are non-refundable.

The Alchemy Circle is a partnership program designed for practitioners, facilitators, wellness studios, retail spaces, and conscious businesses looking to intentionally build or expand a collection of Rainbow Tones crystal singing bowls.
Members begin by acquiring a full foundational octave (C–C) in order to experience a wider range of notes, harmonic relationships, intervals, and tonal possibilities within their practice or space.
From there, collections can continue evolving over time through additional bowl pairings, octave exploration, and custom curation.
Unlike a traditional retail experience, The Alchemy Circle offers a more supportive and relational approach to sourcing crystal bowls, with ongoing guidance around resonance, harmonic relationships, and intentional set building.
Members may receive support with:
* Building a foundational octave or cohesive set
*Understanding harmonic relationships and intervals
*Choosing notes, octaves, and hz frequencies
*Expanding an existing collection over time
*Intentional bowl pairing and set curation
