Reiki

Reiki is a traditional energy practice that works through intention, focused awareness, where the practitioner becomes a channel for pure and gentle universal energy with or without touch.

Rather than something being “done” to you, it is experienced as a shift in how the body settles, processes, and restores.

Reiki is offered with a light, gentle, and attentive approach, creating space for your system to settle in its own way, without pressure or expectation.

There is no need to understand or interpret what is happening.

The body responds as it’s ready. For some, this feels like a softening. For others, a deep rest. At times, a quiet reorganization beneath the surface.

Each experience is different. This work does not direct or impose change, it supports the conditions where change can occur naturally.

Remote sessions are held with the same level of care and attention, allowing you to receive from your own space.

You are invited to be present, and to allow yourself to be met where you are.
Each session unfolds differently.
There may be sensations, emotions, imagery, deep rest, or something much quieter.
At times, I may offer intuitive reflections or gentle guidance, shared only where it feels supportive.
You’re welcome to arrive with an intention, or simply as you are.
This work isn’t about fixing or directing change, it’s about creating space for your system to respond in its own way and timing.

Private Group Bookings
For in-home or privately hosted gatherings, a base rate of $155 applies.
Additional participants are $33 per person.
These group sound meditations are gently guided experiences supporting presence, rest, and subtle awareness through sound.
Each session is shaped in real time, responding to the energy of the group, the space, and the moment.
Working with crystal alchemy bowls, cedar flute, drum, voice, and other resonant textures, sound is offered as an immersive field, something to feel and meet in your own way.
Some people experience deep rest, others notice emotional movement, spaciousness, or quiet clarity.
Each experience is personal, and all responses are welcome.
You’re invited to arrive as you are, with or without an intention, and allow your system to settle at its own pace.
These sessions are subtle in nature, but often deeply felt.
