Crystal Singing Bowl Exchange & Refund Policy

Specialty Instrument Policy

Crystal singing bowls are deeply personal, experiential, and energetically nuanced instruments. Because of the delicate and specialty nature of these bowls, all purchases are considered intentional and thoughtfully curated.

Each bowl carries its own unique tonal qualities, harmonic relationships, resonance, texture, and energetic presence. Choosing bowls is often an intuitive and evolving process, especially for those entering the world of crystal sound for the first time.

In-Person Bowl Selections

For clients who purchase bowls in person through a guided selection process, a 7-day exchange window may be available if after spending time with the bowls you feel they are not the right fit.

Exchange/store credit may be offered at Alyria’s discretion.

Bowls must:

• Be returned in original condition

• Be free from damage, chips, cracks, staining, or misuse

• Include any original accessories provided

Please note:

• Refunds are not offered on bowls once they have been purchased and taken home

• Clients are encouraged to spend several days playing and listening before making exchange decisions, as relationships with these instruments often deepen over time

• Custom curated sets, discounted sets, and special orders may not qualify for exchanges

Shipped Bowl Orders

Due to the fragile nature of crystal singing bowls, shipping costs, handling risks, and the highly personal nature of sound perception, all shipped bowl purchases are final sale.

Refunds and returns are not available for shipped bowl orders.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Alyria within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

• The bowl

• The packaging

• The shipping box

Holding & Reservation Policy

Bowls may occasionally be placed on short-term hold pending payment or pickup. Extended holds or payment plans may require a non-refundable deposit.
